Speaking to Jozi FM News Mpho Sibiya said the house caught fire on Saturday when electricity was restored after load reduction.
Sibiya says, her uncle who was home at the time of the fire managed to escape unharmed, however, the following day he collapsed and later declared deceased at the hospital suspecting heart failure.
She urges the community to assist them with anything they can especially now that they will start with the funeral arrangements.
The Sibiya home is situated along 944 Mbuli street at Zondi 1.-#JoziFmNews
