A man has been arrested for pouring his girlfriend aged 44, with an acid on her face, raped her and thereafter hacked her with a panga injuring her on the arm on Friday, 07 June 2024 in Lebowakgomo.
This after they had a heated argument.
Limpopo Police Spokesperson Colonel Malesela Ledwaba says that the victim had visited her boyfriend at his residence when the incident occurred.
Spokesperson Colonel Malesela Ledwaba says that following the ordeal, the suspect fled the scene and police opened a case docket of rape and assault GBH.
