Makhadzi, Hunadi The Host, Richy B, Kwenisto and More Continue to Wish Shebeshxt Well After Horrific Car Accident

Tributes and well wishes messages continue to flood in as celebrities rally around Shebeshxit after the beloved Lekompo star suffered horror injuries in a terrifying car accident.


Shebeshxt is being treated for a broken leg, abdominal fracture and head injuries in a private hospital after the musician’s Volkswagen Polo collided with a heavy truck and overturned on Saturday, June 8.


The “Ambulance” rapper, 29, was travelling to Lebowakgomo with Kholofelo Moloto, his girlfriend and manager, and their nine-year-old daughter Onthatile Chauke. Kholofelo survived the collision with minor injuries while their daughter reportedly died on the scene.


Celebrities across the entertainment industry are continuing to show support to Shebeshxt and his family on Facebook in this difficult time.

Among them are award-winning singer Makhadzi, radio presenters Hunadi The Host and Kwenisto Makgakga, podcaster Richy B and many fellow musicians.


Former Thobela FM and Energy FM presenter Kwenisto Makgakga called Shebeshxt “a soldier” when sending his message for a speedy recovery. He shared a photo of the Lekompo star and captioned:  

 

“You have survived a lot already in your life. You have conquered what many couldn’t. You are in the war zone boy. I don’t doubt that you will survive this. THIS IS YOUR BIGGEST TEST. God trusts you even on this one. Like missile, you will rise.”


Makgakga added: “You are a soldier boy. Fight from that bed. We are around you clapping hands. You may not hear us but we are [t]here. Do it for us your fans.” His message included three heart emojis.

In her tribute, Thobela FM’s presenter Hunadi The Host reminisced about the interview she had with Shebeshxt two years ago.


Hunadi recalled how the Lekompo star told her and the entire South Africa about how much he loved his daughter and how he would do anything to make his child happy.


“It is very sad that you won’t be creating those memories with her. Please be strong together with her mother and the entire family. I am with you in this difficult time. It will take time but surely you will be better,” wrote Hunadi. “Rest in peace Nthatishxita. You gave us super memories with your dad and he truly loved you nana.” 


“Let’s all pray for Shebe,” said Makhadzi. “The pain he’s going through is too much. I can’t imagine [it]. 

“May his daughter rest in peace. May God protects him and his wife during this difficult time. We wish you speedy recovery boy,” the “Number 1” hitmaker said with five heart emojis.

B HIVE Podcast host Richy B shared a picture of himself with the superstar and captioned, “Speedy recovery Maburna. Condolences to you, your family and fans. See you soon.” He added a heartbroken emoji to his message.


“You and your family are in our thoughts and prayers, Dr Winnie Mashaba wrote. “Rest in peace princess Onthatile,” she added. Mashaba accompanied her message with two prayer hands and two doves of peace emojis.


A touching message from Karabo Mokgara —known as DJ Karri— read: “My brother [I’m] so sorry about what happened to you. Wishing you a speedy recovery.” His message included a prayer hands and heart emojis.


“Speedy recovery. May God heal you and your families in this difficult times,” Dr Malinga wrote, adding a heart and prayer hands emojis. “Rest in peace to your lovely daughter.”

Lekompo producer and DJ CALL ME SA kept his message simple, telling Shebeshxt to “be strong my brother. Only God knows.”  


Gospel singer and actress Shibu Molomo paid tribute to Shebeshxt’s daughter. “I thought maybe someone will tell us that it’s a lie or a prank. Goodnight my angel,” she said with two crying and two doves of peace emojis. “May the Lord grant your parents strength and speedy recovery to our brother Shebe.”


BoloHouse duo Double Trouble’s Janisto Maluleke, wrote: “May your soul rest in peace, Onthatile.” He added three doves of peace and three heartbroken emojis. “To Shebeshxt and the family God be with you in this difficult time.”

“Wishing Shebeshxt and his family strength during this difficult time,” Capricorn FM presenter Mr Black Moakamedi wrote, adding three crying emojis.


Accompanying his message with a prayer hands, crying and heartbroken emojis, comedian Thabo Mokiri, said: “Wish you speedy recovery Shebe, and R.I.P to [your] daughter Nthabi.
