Half naked body of a female was found dumped on a farm in Canelands - Kwazulu Natal last night.
Reaction Unit South Africa got a call for assistance from a farmer in the area reporting that whilst patrolling his farm, a pair of human legs was seen protruding from a bush.
Reaction Officers arrived in scene at 22:23 (Tuesday 16/07/2024) and found the body of a female lying off a dirt road. Upon closer inspection, Officers found her lying face up with her hands bound. She was attired in a short black night dress and wore a brightly colored wig/hair extensions. Her body was partly wrapped in blankets. Officers found that she had suffered bodily injuries. Further sensitive details are being withheld.
The identity of the victim was not immediately established.
