Shebeshxt has “started talking properly again” after undergoing multiple surgeries this week, Lod Ramusi, a representative for the rapper’s family revealed to Sunday World.
The hospitalised rapper, 29, survived a horrifying car collision on Saturday, June 8, which claimed his nine-year-old daughter Onthatile Chauke’s life.
“We just keep on praying. He is coming alright. He is going through different operations.
“At least he has started talking again. He started talking properly again on Monday,” Ramusi said.
He further explained that the family has not yet confirmed Shebeshxt’s daughter’s burial date since they are waiting to hear from the “Ambulance” rapper’s doctors whether he would be able to attend.
“We are waiting to hear from the doctors. We will update as soon as we have information,” he said.
Moreover, Ramusi said the family has not yet decided if there will be a public burial for Onthatile Chauke.
Shebeshxt is hospitalised and being treated for a broken leg, abdominal fracture and head injuries in a private hospital after his Volkswagen Polo collided with a heavy truck and overturned.
